Yes! We’re a pet-friendly rental community that allows both cats and dogs! There is even an on-site dog park. You can have 2 pets per apartment; 50 lbs. and under with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, Monthly pet rent is $35 for 1 pet and $50 for 2 pets. Dogs are subject to breed restrictions.
How do I pay my rent?
Sharples Works has a convenient on-the-go service with our Resident Portal that allows you to complete many requests online like rent payment and service requests. Additionally, checks can be delivered to the management office.
